Finally got through to the physio team and have an appointment to actually see someone. Knee twanging is down to a gentle level although cycling rather than walking to work is causing aching below my knee caps now.
Still covered 165miles just walking last month, that’s with me resting as much as I can 😳 probably why my knees got fed up with me.
But all is on the up can’t wait to get some proper advice and dust off the brand new trainers I bought and go for a run again.
I’m just wondering how to make myself run slow now it’s not hot 🤦🏻♀️

I have one small incline that feels like a hill but I’m in central London and it’s all pretty flat I could run up and down it but it’s not very long 😳 I might get dragged off to the local hospital for displaying strange repetitive behaviour
I would love to. I’ve always wanted to take a walking/hiking holiday somewhere there. Spent a day in Barrow in Furness got to see some land not covered in concrete and tar 😉
I'm so glad you have finally got an appointment HappyNoodle; hopefully they can sort you out and get you running again. It must be so frustrating. 🏃🚴 🚶
