Finally got through to the physio team and have an appointment to actually see someone. Knee twanging is down to a gentle level although cycling rather than walking to work is causing aching below my knee caps now.
Still covered 165miles just walking last month, thatβs with me resting as much as I can π³ probably why my knees got fed up with me.
But all is on the up canβt wait to get some proper advice and dust off the brand new trainers I bought and go for a run again.
Iβm just wondering how to make myself run slow now itβs not hot π€¦π»ββοΈ

I have one small incline that feels like a hill but Iβm in central London and itβs all pretty flat I could run up and down it but itβs not very long π³ I might get dragged off to the local hospital for displaying strange repetitive behaviour
I would love to. Iβve always wanted to take a walking/hiking holiday somewhere there. Spent a day in Barrow in Furness got to see some land not covered in concrete and tar π
I'm so glad you have finally got an appointment HappyNoodle; hopefully they can sort you out and get you running again. It must be so frustrating. ππ΄ πΆ
