I’m attempting 8k from Wk4 tomorrow and feeling just as wobbly about it. We could gee each other on! πŸ™ŒπŸ™Œ I’m going to go slower than a half asleep slow thing (at least that’s my intention...) 🐌🐒🐌🐒

I’m running 7k next week - did 6.5k today (yesterday, just saw the time!) and was definitely slow and steady, and my breathing was totally in control. Loving this new found running thing! πŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸƒβ€β™€οΈ
