Yeah, hang loose, be a bit Zen. Slow runs are gorgeous, specially in this weather. Have fun and keep chipping away at the distance. Prepare to be amazed. As long as it’s slow and steady, you’ll avoid injury and keep enjoying it 👍

Well done, you're on your way to 10k! You got to 5k so absolutely no reason why you won't get to 10k.

It doesn't matter if it takes a while but I know it won't be long before you're posting that you've done it!

Well done, Jenny! I actually found B210k easier than C25K in many ways...but at the start I still couldn’t imagine running 10km!

Take it one run at a time, go nice and slow on the long runs, you will be fine. 😁
