today folks am going to be doing my final run of the 10k plan ho yes the big 10k .i know it should be rest day but i just have to do it yes i will slow and steady.i never imagined
that i would be doing 10k afew months ago i could not run to save my life so to everyone starting the program please slow and steady and listen to the advice given on here as they all know what they are talking about .i can remember c25k w1 thougt no chance but it works the best advice like they all say is slow and steady speed will come later just have fun happy running to everyone

thanks i know it should be rest day but like you said slow and steady its just about finishing the plan today then afew days of then my plan is small runs on the tredmill monday wensday. and friday weights and weekend run outside thats the plan
