Well done Paul 💪👍😃🏃‍♂️

After 10k is 16k (ten miles) The usual 10% progression rule applies 🙂

Great Job Paul! Go get that 10K 👍

Wow Paul, you really are close to your Graduation10 badge now! 👏👏

Maybe 10 miles next? HM? Marathon one day even? Whatever you like! How great is that? 😀

Hi Paul, I have also signed up for the m/cr 10k

I have run a few a 10k training runs , I got there as a solo mission after p25K graduation, slowly increasing distance

I have joined Ju Ju,s latest magic 10k, I think it will be fun doing it with others, be interesting seeing how everyone is getting on and hopefully learn something

I want to run the 10k a bit quicker but I want to be realist what time is achievable in May, get all the hard work done and come the day focus on just enjoying the it,

Also my first proper organised event ;)

Why don’t you redo the plan from week 2 running outside now you have cracked it, the shorter runs at the beginning will be ideal for your first solo runs

there are loads of people doing it, we finish week 1 on Friday

Have a look at the post,

I am sure she will be happy for you to join in :)
