I use the stepping stones podcast for speed and stamina and I find them really useful.
Hello Antonioa, welcome to this forum. Consolidation of your 30 minutes 3 times a week is recommended for a few weeks to prepare your body for increasing distance and time running . (Edit: I see you have already been doing that)
I am doing juju’s magic plan which is designed to take you safely to 10k. But it is not app based. If you want an app, I believe there some available in your App Store and I’m sure someone will be along to tell you about the ones they’ve used.
