Just wondering what 10k plans do people follow I have started following the Bupa 10k training plan which I like but if there is a better one that follows on from C25K. I did look at the one on the link I think it’s called Ju- Ju but not sure about it any ideas or comments welcome.

ju-ju- is one of the admins on here, and she devised the Magic 10 plan which lots of us have followed and redone several times over (I’ve done it 3 times for example.)
It’s really good fun and flexible too. Take a look if you like, you’ll find it on the pinned posts on this forum. She runs them pretty much back to back or you can hop on part way through one if you like. It’s fab! 👍
Ju-ju’s plan worked for me at age 66. I found that leg strengthening exercises helped too; they are an every day thing for me now. You can find lots of exercise regimes on the web. I am just recovering from a couple of niggles (one caused by swimming with fins for an hour!) so have added calf exercises recommended by the physio. Bit like C25k, keep the pace down to start with and you should be fine.
