The usual advice is to consolidate at 30 minutes for a few weeks before going any further.

You could try the Magic Plan: healthunlocked.com/bridgeto...

You could also investigate whether there are any parkruns local to you. (It's perfectly OK to walk part or all of the distance.)

oh thank you yes sounds sensible to stay at 30 minutes for few weeks and move gradually thank you for reply

Once you have consolidated I would definitely recommend the Magic Plan suggested by Nowster. It worked really well for me.

Magic plan worked for me too. First I did the 60 minutes version then I went for the 10k. It's brilliant, especially if you mix up the weekly runs a bit. Try the NRC free running app. There's loads of guided runs including interval training, which I find huge fun. Good luck

5 weeks at 3 x 30mins worked for me initially. I then did Magic Plan (timed) and then carried on for a few months and then did Magic Plan (distance) to finally get to 10k

My advice would be to slowly build up up - all the best with your own plan 🏃🏻🏃‍♀️🏃🏻‍♂️
