Apps

There are no apps, apart from a few American ones, however, if you wish to run a 10K try Ju Ju's Magic 10, Google that and you will see a plan a little like C25K, it's a 9 weeks course to get you to run a 10K.
I agree with AlMorr - ju-ju's Magic Plan is the way ahead. I completed the timed version of the plan to reach 60 minutes of running then joined the distance version at week 4 and graduated with a 10k this week. There's lots of encouragement and advice on this forum to help you on your way. Good luck.

Juju's Magic Plan is, in my view, absolutely brilliant, because it's so simple and it works! See healthunlocked.com/bridgeto...

Hi Toomsy
Most follow Jujus plan, easy to do and follow. Have a look at it and decide how you want to do it: distance or time.
I advise do 60min time first then ease off for a couple of weeks then do the 10km.
I did the times for run 3, then mixed the times and distance for runs 1 and 2. You'll understand when you look at the chart.
For the 2 week consolidation I only did 2.5 to 4.5k runs, nice and easy.
The further and longer you run take it easy, relax and remember it's not a race.
Slow is best and that helps with your stamina and confidence.
Good luck and report on your progress.😎🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️

I’ve used an app 5K to 10K (Active) and although not as good as C25K I like it and have enjoyed the runs.
