Back on track, well sort of . . .

Since the insomnia has abated a little I decided to push myself out first thing this morning to my favourite route, the Brampton Valley Way (Northampton). It was about 17 degrees and very windy, that was ok on the outward run but coming back it was blowing right at me so not quite so good. I did about 6k, not too bad considering I’m still not sleeping that well.

Well done!

My insomnia has abated too, and I did 5.4k uphill and against the wind this morning. It's really strong. I like the look of your railway running track!

Well Done orangeguy, that looks a nice route for a run and 6k is better than none. The wind looks strong for the next few days so we are looking for somewhere more sheltered than our prom tomorrow for a long run. I can’t breathe very well against the wind.
