Hi all, I couldn’t fit in my run last night so I ran before work this morning. 🏃♂️I wasn’t very pleased how dark it’s getting, but I suppose we’ve got that to look forward to for about 6 months now 😕
I was hoping to do under 7:00 per km but I actually did 6:12 per km 😳 It seems I need to work on pacing myself 😊
It’s another run under my belt and I’m feeling relatively confident I’ll get through my first ever timed running event on Sunday 30th. It’s a 5 mile (8K) cross country run so a little different to what I’m used to!🏃♂️🏃♀️🤞

It’ll be good experience 🙂. Trail is likely to be slower paced due to the terrain and the ground, eg muddy, etc. You have to look where you’re going too, so it's often eyes down, somyou naturally slow down to pick your way Very good though and you’ll notice your ab muscles working overtime, arms too 💪😃👍
