Forgive me runners for I have sinned! It’s been 8 days since my last run!
Last Tuesday I was tormented in the shape of a circuits session and my planned run last Thursday did not happen due to the fact that I couldn’t move!!!!
I then had a very very heavy weekend in terms of alcohol and naughty food for my hen weekend. This also consisted of very little exercise unless bouncing on a trampoline, lounging in a hot tub, a massage and a burlesque lesson count? 🤔 oh and shaking a cocktail shaker (good for the bingo wings apparently).
So this morning felt sooo tough! Just 3K for the start of week 2, but felt slow and hard especially with the wind blowing me around. I felt like 3k was my absolute limit this morning and couldn’t of run another step!
However had 3 PB’s according to Strava man including a 10.08 min mile which actually made me happy!!!
