I used the Sam Murphy podcasts as I needed a voice telling me what to do, but lots of people enjoy Ju-ju’s plan in here.
Sami Murphy is great, as is ju-ju- s amazing plan,so structured, and it really does work....
If you have got lots of consolidation runs in since Graduation, it could be the one for you... I am repeating it for the third? time... I use it to get me back on track after the IC !
I have spent last 6 weeks consolidating after graduation. Now need some structure. Not really sure I understand what ju-jus plan is ....... am I being a bit thick?
This is what it is all about... you can start at Week one now..or wait until this current run ends and the next one begins.

The best bit is, you do it at your own pace.. and you can mix the runs up within the week... plenty of time to recover too.. I have the chart of the week's runs printed off too
I'd recommend ju-ju- plan. It gives you the structure but you have to organise yourself to follow it.
I just used Juju's plan and found it easy to follow and flexible enough to fit around my life. Just set the distance and alerts on my run tracking app and off I went!
