I have just had an e.mail to say that the Vitality 10000 will be a virtual event w/c 24 October (half term) with race number medal and finishers tee shirt. Well done Vitality 👏👏👏👏👏. Other options are roll over or refund.

This event was originally scheduled for Monday May 25th, I was invited by some on this forum to run a virtual London 10,000 locally near to where I live, which I did instead of my usual Wednesday run, looking back on that run, I ran that 10K, which was my 6th in a time of 73.21.

Yes, there were a few of us entered AlMorr and we’d arranged a VRB meet-up. Most of us were booked into the same hotel too and we had a fun evening planned. Such a shame it couldn’t go ahead.

No I didn’t BC - I was nowhere near 10k when entry was open. I know it’s too late for this year but I may just work towards a ‘virtual virtual vitality-10k’!! Then next year....
