Just got to be doing gardening and running all of the time side by side.π€
Going to try for a month 2x3k, 12 hours apart each day,so morning and evening, gardening in the day. 3 weeks marathon distance and 4th week less.Give up my gym membership and develop strength stuff at home.No time to make use of it.π€.
Oh to be comfortable with multi skilling.ππ.Its a start.ππ
