Had a great start to the day today. In week 2 post C25k and decided to stay out there this morning and see how far I could go. I really wanted to get some hills and mileage into my legs. I managed just over 8k in just over 47 mins and kept even splits throughout

Wow Shaky good times, well done. I agree this running malarkey is just great!! I am going to tackle my nemesis; hills I know that will help my running both in speed and strength but oohh don't like them.
