It takes time to put the leg miles and the reading miles in.
I am not patient but beginning to find a relationship with running malarkey and put things on a solid sustainable basis.
It is early days both as a new runner and with a specific plan.But more than happy to shuffle along and make something up that hopefully works for me.
It was JoJo that first set me thinking on a partnership between running brain and running body.
I think this and two other things are the core of what I want to pursue now.
So who owns the show, me , who is calling the shots, running brain, who has to come to the party, running body, who gets the P45 if it’s a shambles, running brain out, a new plan in.Well got that out of the way.
Add to that continuous running and fitness readiness and it is all made up and ready to shuffle along to find the answers.This with the help of another JJ, JuJu our PantherLeader.
Just finished 21days of continuous running.So far so good with regard to physical recovery.Last 7 days was the marathon distance run over the week and two runs per day.
And with 14 starts and 14 rest periods between 8-12 hours.
Hope it all works out.🤔
So this will continue, 3 Weeks on, at Marathon distance per week, and 4th week reduced to HM distance.Repeat monthly.🤔
This has not eliminated completely planning but it has definately simplified it, I mainly only think about my next run, when I finish one, and what’s next in approximately 8-12 hours.
I hope this turns out to be sustainable for me with my new friend Running Malarkey.🌟👏👏
