Hi gang, I've posted a fair number of things over on the C25K side but not crossed to road to visit the bridge to 10k folks until now. I graduated C25K in mid August and have subsequently been following my own path of Parkruns, 5k runs and gradually stretching the distance once a week, so far to just over 7k. I haven't used any new apps or podcasts, just enjoyed listening to my music or audiobooks whilst pounding the early morning dark North Suffolk streets. I'm surprised at how much easier it appears to be to run for more than 5k and for 40 minutes+! My enthusiasm must be growing on people as even my wife and brother have taken up running, not something I ever thought I'd see (especially my brother!)
I'm aiming at getting to 10k sometime in the next month and was wondering if just doing 10k is sufficient to graduate here or if I have to follow a particular recommended app/podcast?
