With all good intentions of running on Sunday, the need for sleep, 💤💤💤 coupled with teenage daughters🥴 Sunday kinda skipped past me ( I'm sure I heard my trainers sobbing 😢.
Monday ahhhhhh schools open trainers on cushty and zoom, I thought, I planned to throw a mini 2.5k but but but, I was zoned and enjoying the outside freedom and kinda yomped through until I'd hit 5.5k, I think I'm getting to grips with my Garmin and learning to pace better with every run, and ahhhhhh that last Kilometer into the wind soooooo cooling what a treat 👍,
Drink, stretches, banana and ahhhh coffee
What a lovely way to start a week
