This running malarkey is lovely

β€’13 Replies

With all good intentions of running on Sunday, the need for sleep, πŸ’€πŸ’€πŸ’€ coupled with teenage daughtersπŸ₯΄ Sunday kinda skipped past me ( I'm sure I heard my trainers sobbing 😒.

Monday ahhhhhh schools open trainers on cushty and zoom, I thought, I planned to throw a mini 2.5k but but but, I was zoned and enjoying the outside freedom and kinda yomped through until I'd hit 5.5k, I think I'm getting to grips with my Garmin and learning to pace better with every run, and ahhhhhh that last Kilometer into the wind soooooo cooling what a treat πŸ‘,

Drink, stretches, banana and ahhhh coffee

What a lovely way to start a week

Get your trainers on and run you know you want to πŸ™‚πŸ™ƒπŸ™‚

Brilliant post, glad you got out. My trainers took me on a longer than expected run today too πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ I thought with the gusts of horizontal rain a quick 4k would be more than enough but apparently this was a 10k day. I had my banana before running which carried me through. Happy running

Definitely did Deb's, since I've lost the need for Michael in my ear, and subsequently done away with the music, I feel you get more info the time your out there, it's like less is more

Brilliant post. Maybe that's the game , trick our minds that we're just doing a 2.5 then we end up with more than double😊
