Just to share - very pleased to have completed my first ever 10k yesterday early morning setting out at 5:30. I've been using the Stepping Stone Podcasts since graduating - and had been doing the two interval podcasts back to back gradually stretching myself, running every second day and now use the first of the Podcasts back to back with a one intervals podcast.
Did 9.85km on Wednesday and then finally broke through with 10.5km on Friday. Aim to do another 10k tomorrow morning and consolidate at this distance.
Wishing everyone a great weekend
Very Best Regards
Richard

As others have said, though, perhaps try to do some shorter runs too. If you’re new to running like most of us new 10kers then one long run a week with 2 shorter ones is supposed to be a good pattern to consolidate on for a bit to avoid injury. ❤️
