Well I'm on week 2 I'm a bit puffed out this morning legs and back stiff today but pleased I carried on.😋
I'm now also doing a virtual challenge and doing 50 miles in September!!!

Well done Anita! Just keep taking it nice and slow. I think this is actually easier than Couch to 5k in a funny sort of way actually.
