Following a recomendation here, I downloaded and installed the above app on my Android phone and tried it out today. It has guided runs - so I chose one called "headspace" for 30 minutes. I'm not going to gush over it too much - but it proved to be something a bit different to listen to and I am looking forward to doing some more. I am going to run for an hour with Eliud Kipchoge on Thursday - I hope he can keep up with me!!
