Sunday morning run!

Well I wrote this post earlier on this morning and thought I’d posted....... obviously I hadn’t.

Anyway this was 5k in 38mins so I’ll take that thank you very much🤣🤣🤣and it was lovely temperatures which I think helped me a lot. Not too cold so no jacket this time and not too hot so all good.

Next run Either Tuesday or Wednesday.

Anyway happy running all🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️🤗🤗

I’m hoping to do my first 10k repeat tomorrow, but have no idea what to wear. Here in the NW it’s been pretty hot and sticky again today, but rain is due all day tomorrow...

Hope the rain keeps off. I was lucky it didn’t rain. I still wore a short sleeved loose t shirt and that seemed to be ok. Anyway have a great time👏🤗🤗👍x

Morning Flick. Hopefully tomorrow for me. Can’t today Tuesday. However there is a possibility of hair appointment being changed for tomorrow. I have to ring them up this morning,so if I’m able to get my hair done tomorrow I will do that,if not defiantly will run tomorrow. I don’t know normal life just gets in the way with this running life🤣🤣🤣
