I did it, slowly as planned π 5.5K (3.4 Miles) followed by a cool down and nice stretch π pace is up from 4 to 4.2 but I could have kept going so will increase a little more next Thursday πͺπ» calfβs were fine today too, the instructor at the gym suggested I foam roller to keep the muscle loose, seems to be working.
Very much looking forward to my first park run ππΌββοΈ on Saturday π
