Unusual running buddies today

Out on the Tamar Trail near Tavistock this morning in the non- stop rain. Mum on her horse trotting along.The gentle clip- clop sound track to an exhilirating and challenging 5k.

Your mum took a nice photo of you Empem from on the horse, you don't often get a photo like that, yes that 5k would be challenging under the circumstances but I am glad you, the horse and mum enjoyed running, trotting and riding in the rain.

Yikes! I was thinking of doing Tamar trails when in Cornwall in November. Not so sure I like the sound of them now, as am only running flats at the moment,
