My running partner today

Managed to get out early ish today but it was still hot 🥵. But did another 30 minutes of running which is what counts. My running budding nearly caught me up on the way home as I paused briefly with tech issues 😖 I do so hate it when the tech goes on a go slow. Never mind enjoyed the run even though it was 🥵

😂😂😂 I usually have one of those as my running buddy, they have to slow down so I can keep up 🐌🏃‍♀️🤣 well done, it sounds like a good run despite the heat and tech problems 👍
