Are you specifically looking for an app? The most popular Bridge to 10k programme on this forum is the in-house one run by ju-ju - you can find posts here about it. It doesn't have an app but people seem to like it and find it works. That's based on the views of others as I'm not in a hurry to get to 10k myself.
Was hoping for an app I find the prompts very helpful. Thanks I’ll have a look at the programme
