Best music app for running

I’m thinking of treating myself to Spotify, Apple Music or any one of those music apps. Primary reason is for running so I want to ensure there is some good running music on there that gives beats per minute. Any recommendations?

I have been using Spotify for years and I love it, it has millions of songs and it has music for exercising too as well.

I use it everyday so I do get my money worth, not sure what I'd do without it.

Thanks. Can you search for music at specific BPM?

I've never tried but if you download the app you can prob try it for yourself on the free version.

The free version has ads and limits how many times you can play a particular song I think.

I just tried it and it seems like you can search for music at a specific bpm.

I've had Spotify for a while now and it's great . I still have the free version though 😊

Spotify is great. I have a running playlist which I put together myself. But you can also search for running playlists for your BPM. I just use the free version . I did subscribe for a while but I tend to just listen to playlists, so I’ve since unsubscribed. I just have to put up with adds every 30 mins

Rock My Run is brilliant. Choose your genre (I tend to go for 80's mixes) then set your BPM (I go for 160bpm) and you're off! Love it!

On Spotify you can even find other people’s playlists so maybe we could all share our playlists for variety! One of mine is ‘180bpm for Runners’ and my Spotify name is theblacktulip and anyone is welcome to follow it. It’s not a reflection of taste but songs that help me achieve 180 spm.

Spotify for me & the wife, pay for the family account which works out cheap in comparison to paying individually.

I use deezer...not sure if that's just in France or not. I have the family plan...but I have 3 teengers and this was the cheapest way of letting them all have music without paying for individual downloads all the time

I use Amazon Prime music, create my playlists, I didn't go for music unlimited, but it has enough for me 😊

Hi. I have treated myself to Spotify and couldn’t run without it. I made my own playlist but last week found Running World’s October play list which you can download. I have really enjoyed listening to something different without the trouble of putting it together myself.
