Cooler breeze on this mornings run.

So once again this morning I was able to get out running. Oh boy was it colder? So perhaps our summer is fading into the distant past now and me thinks autumn is just peeking around the corner💨❄️🌧.

I had a nice run though and even though it was a tad chilly the sun was still shining albeit a wee bit watery. (Pleased I’m not out now as it’s raining very hard!).

Still the fields still look beautiful and the cows 🐄🐄 are back in the fields that I run passed. They hadn’t been there for a while so it was good to see them again,and of course the sheep were another welcome sight. 🐑🐑

Actually I welcome the cooler weather I have to say. The hot weather this year did not agree with me and made it uncomfortable to run in as I know many of you will agree with me. Although getting up at early clock and out the door for my run was also quite nice too. However I welcome the autumn with open arms and can’t wait to don my long sleeves,warm hat (not too warm though) and leggings and run ! run! run!

There’s just something special I think about running in the autumn,winter...... The mud up your legs ! Frosty mornings! The cow poop! And more cow poop! Under your shoes and sometimes up your legs...........💩🤔🤣🤣oh joy! hee! hee!

Ps this was my run from my village to the next one. Some of it was downhill but on the whole not too bad I don’t think.xx

Well done Peggy, yes it’s definitely cooler here. Glad you had a nice long run today. I’m glad to see that our parkrun should be in the dry tomorrow too. No 🐑 or 🐃 🐄 but lots of 🐕

You’d love my training runs - full of sheep and cows. And my local park run is regularly ‘diverted’ around livestock that don’t run to the same timetable to us runners! 🏃‍♂️

Sounds like lots of fun ha! ha! I’m a wee bit scared of cows so maybe they would make me run faster! hee!🏃‍♀️🐄🤗🤗
