W2R2 - 19 runs to 10km!

It was hotter than I expected and I wasn’t feeling brilliant this morning so I decided to take it nice and slow - I know my 5km route really well now so I stuck on a podcast and didn’t look at Strava as I ran round!

I felt like I was going much slower than usual but in actual fact the whole run took me 2 seconds longer than my last two 5ks, which were identical times, so I’m getting consistent at least! 5km exactly done in 36:46, average pace of 7:21/km.

Much more than I expected, I didn’t go out until 8am which was a mistake! Thank you, glad you got yours in too!

Well done for your 5K! Funny how sometimes you think you’re running slowly and then you find out that you weren’t! 👏😊👍

Thank you! It’s true, I’m a rubbish judge of how fast I’m going in the moment!
