Well done for completing C25K! It is an amazing achievement. NHS choices has some follow up podcasts that are really good, and there is also ju-ju- 's Bridge to 10K plan that is absolutely brilliant! But I would recommend you consolidate on your C25K work first, by running a few more 30 minutes/5K runs. I did not manage to go the full 5K in 30 minutes when I finished C25K so I started by getting to that distance, and then did 5K a few times before trying to go further.

Runkeeper will tell you how far and how long you've run so is good for knowing where you are up to and when you can go home for a shower and dinner. A choice of silly voices to keep you amused too

Consolidate first... 30 minute runs and loads of different routes... then maybe try the C25K+ podcasts Then take a look at Ju's plan... it is a great one
