It’s been weeks since I graduated from C25K and I’ve been trying to find the extra time to run that little bit extra. I either can’t fit it in or I run to fast and get to knackered by 5k to go any further.
I took the advise from you all here about slowing down the pace ( thank you for your help you know who you are).
Started uphill (the hill of doom as I’ve now come to call it! And chose slower tunes on my Spotify player. I managed 4 Miles before I had to head home.
My wife was a bit annoyed as my usual 30 min run was now 42 mins and I’d made her late for work😬. So looking to buy flowers on my way home from work tonight and have humble pie for dinner.
