I’m just back from Run 2 of 3 to fulfil my January Quest. I work away during the week and I haven’t been packing the running kit for a little while! 😊 In fact the kit was kind of tucked away for a bit, at home and away! But start to 2019 has been great and the Quest is made to spur me on! There’s no distance involved here, because my greatest achievement this month would be 3 runs per week!
I’ve done it in Jan Week 1, now I’m on 2 of 3 in Week 2. I’m absolutely delighted that I got back out there, though I did need to wait for a bit of light! Roll on spring! 🙏🏽 It’s challenging to fit it in before work. It was meant to be a fast pace 7 min “tempo run”, but I didn’t feel I got going during that time and I don’t think it was very fast 😂. I like when you get to feel a little lost in the run, so I carried on to complete 2.46k in 18 minutes. I’ve done my run!🏃🏾♀️🏃🏾♀️ 🙌🏽🙌🏽!
Next run Friday, when I’ll be back at home! Could do Parkrun on Saturday though! 😊 Mmmm....will see! Time to get ready “very quickly” for work!! A discipline I’m not great at! The mission continues!! 😁😁😁
