Regatta have a great sale on at the mo. Look at the outlet bit of the site. I managed to get a really thin shower proof one last year from them and a slightly thicker one which keeps the wind out but is breathable too and they are both on there this year too. The thicker one is a Connie 111 Funnel neck soft shell £14.95. Pic is in purple but mine is dark jade

Just bought one for my lovely daughter who has encouraged me so much this year
