So finished the C25k 2 weeks ago and I’ve started upping my distance. Today I achieved the best time yet for 5k. Aiming to get sub 30mins before the end of the summer hols. No pressure.

As I’m 8 months post knee op, I know I need to go steady or I’ll reverse the work I had done. 🙂
