Having completed c25k, friends and family asked if I would go for 10k - absolutely not I said! But I did a lot of lurking on this group, ran a little more and a little more, and last night I did it - 10k! One of the most enjoyable runs I've done. Thanks to all for the advice and writing posts that seemed to read my mind ๐๐๐
