First decent run since IC

Myself and Judy went to Norwich for the weekend and what beautiful weather we had Sat and Sun....wall to wall sunshine 😎

I decided to leave my intended run til this morning as the forecast was for cooler conditions. I intended to do 5k but due to losing my bearings, did nearer 7k πŸ™„

It was my first early start since I started the programme and it certainly won’t be my last. Conditions were perfect and I really felt comfortable, stopping to take pics along the way. It was so peaceful and the views along the River Wensum were lovely 😊

I’ll be taking it steady for a week or two before my 10k race in May and I have a 7k fun run coming up on Sunday at Blenheim Palace....bling to be earned here πŸ€—πŸ₯‡

Happy running folks πŸƒπŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸƒπŸƒβ€β™€οΈ

Thanks Jan, had to do the run early so as not to encroach on Judy’s time....so glad I did as up to now I haven’t relished the thought of getting up at silly o’clock to go running......that’s now changed 😊

What a beautiful place to run. That'll help bring the mojo back after being stuck on the IC!

Looks lovely and getting out early is definitely the way to approach it in the heat. Glad to hear everything held up and good luck for blenheim :)

Thanks Mike. I also found that running on a empty stomach helped too. I’ll see how I do on the longer runs with the early starts 😊

Great going Ted, glad you're back. Love the photos x
