Running in new shoes again!

Well after receiving my replacement new shoes yesterday I really had no excuse but to get up and out and run!.

So that’s what I did and what a beautiful morning it was. Infact dare I say it was a bit chilly ? Well I said it and it was.... It made a lovely change from all the heat we have had just lately. It was much more comfortable to run in.

My shoes are brilliant,better colour and I haven’t laced the up to the last lace hole So lesson learnt I think. However they do seem to be much more comfortable than the last pair even though they are the same make,style and size ...weird.

The scenery once again was perfect and the green rolling fields beautiful. I managed to run up some of the hills and so they say practice makes perfect or in my case one knackered woman😩😡😩

I did see a couple of neighbours walking their dogs and also a couple of other runners too and the Tufnell delivery driver waving madly as I speeded up so I wouldn’t hold him up while he waited for me to run by him and I think maybe one of the runners might have been Flick? Was it you ?......🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️I think it was !

Anyway happy running all and keep safe🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

Your run sounds lovely. You were a lot faster than me today. Tiredness meant I just got slower and slower I think. But I can see you did some hills from your elevation gain. Fantastic.

The hills and fields here aren’t green like yours though. It’s yellow with corn as far as the eye can see.
