After a rubbish nights sleep, thanks to my cat, I was up early for my long run. It was so nice to be out running in cooler weather!! Felt really comfortable and I could’ve kept going but I kept to the plan. 7.2k in 49 mins. Very happy with that 👍😊

Blonde you are incredible!! Massive congrats hun <3 x
Thanks hun, but definitely not incredible. I’ve found these longer runs are definitely a case of mind over matter! I did a 3.5k and a 4K in the week. I found them just as tough!! I think when you know you’ve got further to run you just do it! I’ve entered a 10k race at the end of August so that’s my aim! How are your post-grad runs going?

Well done! I’m not sure I can do the longer runs yet so I’m always in awe of people who do! And nice it’s a bit cooler today. 🏃🏃♀️💨😊❤️ X
