Just went for a trail run, which is something I've been longing to do since I started this. I covered 4.5K by allowing myself to walk up the steep bits, as well a short stretch on a grass verge by a busy road that has never really felt safe. Previously I have only ever covered about 3.5K so haven't been able to get into the places I would like to. I still did my usual 30 minutes of running but I managed to get into some lovely woods and fields by being more flexible.
