First post-grad run

Just went for a trail run, which is something I've been longing to do since I started this. I covered 4.5K by allowing myself to walk up the steep bits, as well a short stretch on a grass verge by a busy road that has never really felt safe. Previously I have only ever covered about 3.5K so haven't been able to get into the places I would like to. I still did my usual 30 minutes of running but I managed to get into some lovely woods and fields by being more flexible.

Well done, now Where's that graduate badge you have worked so hard for? It is great to go and run for fun now isn't it, hope you have many more

Well I'm a C25K graduate rather than a 10K graduate so I assumed it only shows up on that forum?
