That leaves just a shorty this week. Today was a new route, working in some steep hills. Thinking of doing a 10k race which is flatish, so working on leg strength a bit more, if that makes sense.😎

I always think a new route makes the time go faster. Hills not so much 😩

Well done on the run and yes you should book the race. It's a great goal to work towards.
