Very proud! 5k in this heat. Didn’t want to go fast but happy with my time of 32:50 especially after having run my ParkRun PB yesterday of 31:33. 🤗 Time for a rest day 😂

I've yet to do an actual race but when I filled in the Brighton and Hove Albion fan survey yesterday I did tick the box to say I would be willing to do Brighton 10k for the Albion in the Community charity so will wait to see if there's any comeback from that 😂
