Brilliant! I’m tempted to enter a 10k. In the past I have completed 5k runs . However my confidence does it for me and I think that I may be left behind and all that stuff!😃😃

Hi Emma. Was a fantastic experience 😁 good luck on your run also. Tips...stick to your programme. Get an early night and just go at your normal pace.

If you find any muddy puddles..run through em 😁 there were a lit of dirt dodgers today 😂😂
