Too hot for 10k

To think I couldn’t run in March due to heavy snow now today sweltering heat that was my hardest 10k ever

heat is way harder than the cold. I much prefer winter running but would be better if daylight lasted longer!

Yes I enjoyed cold weather running better it was a thought going out in the cold but fine when running. I’m not an early runner usually 9 at earliest. Exceptional hot weather for Scotland don’t want to complain 😆

I definitely found cold weather running so much easier than this heat. Tomorrow I’ll either go very early or very late I think.

Well done!! I totally bottled it today as it was so hot! Hoping the weekend is cooler and I can get a 10k in then. Meanwhile I’m in awe of you!! 👍
