I decided to follow Flick's lead and run without music. I've done this on group runs, but not alone. It was quite refreshing to hear the nature around me and of course i was more aware of my surroundings.
Temp was 31c at 4pm when I ran, which is way too hot. I still somehow pulled off 4 PBs. No idea how!

It’s only picked up my last run. So I’m assuming it will suck in my next run automatically. Who knows?! Too much tech maybe?? 😂😂 sallenson will be proud of us!! 😬😬😬 x
It said when I logged in that it couldn't do historic runs...yet! So, something they're working on. But nothing about how it happens! It's all good, I'm out tonight so 🤞
Yes, he will be so proud of us and so he should be 😆😆😆 Eh, sallenson ?
It just does it. Usually within half an hour but sometimes a little longer. It will only do runs since you've joined unless you pay for premium then i think you can get old stuff too
You see, ditch the music and you improve dramatically lol
It was 17 degrees already when I went out at 6 this morning.
I recently discovered flybys on Strava when logged in on the computer. You can see all those other people whizzing around near you. That's pretty cool too.
I have run ‘naked’ a couple of times , it depends where I’m running though, if I’m running at the side of the main road I’d rather listen to one of my fabulous playlists rather than hear the traffic buzzing past...although, for the first time in yonks I got a wolf whistle the other day & I heard that through my headphones!! There’s nothing nicer than the sound of the birds, the occasional barge & the ducks quacking though at the side of the canal, this is my favourite place at the moment. I love the ‘relive’ app, I’ve been using it for a while now, the video at the end is reallly good & I like that if you take a photo the video stops at exactly the place you took he photo & shows it..fab
