Currently working on my longer slower runs, completed 8.5km this morning, before it got to warm out there.
Got my pacing pretty much spot on at 7:26 today, very comfortable no drama's 😊, although last week I had an average pace of 7:10 over 7K which was a bit faster than I had planned really. Will stick at 8.5k for 2/3 weeks before going for 10k.
My last 10k was pretty much 2 years ago so a nice milestone for me ... Steady progress is my aim, no races planned just running for myself ...for now 😆
