Just thought I’d pop this on here. I was chatting to someone on a post just now who was saying they’ve been diagnosed with arthritis and flat feet and now I can’t find the post. I quite often lose people on here.😜
Anyway I always suffered with blisters due to my flat feet, bunions and crossed toes even tried double skin socks with no joy until my daughter suggested toe socks. I was sceptical at first but then she bought me some Karrimor ones which I tried and loved, Lo and behold no more blisters. I used to end up going through an endless supply of blister plasters which are ok for walking but they run when you run and they slip when your feet get hot
Then I bought myself a couple pairs of Injinji ones from Amazon , bit dearer but my favourites and then she bought me some more unknown make ones on EBay. And now I never wear any other socks for running, walking, day to day life.... I love them!!
Don’t know if this is any help to anyone else??

Did you know you can also get running shoes that look the same. Google running shoes toes - I think it's called five fingers. No idea what they are like 😄
Yeah I must confess I wouldn't want to they look a bit weird! But I watched a YouTube video with a guy who swears by them! Still not convinced they are for me!
I think vibram were sued successfully in America for claiming they improved your running as they were closer to barefoot. There claims were debunked and the industry pivoted to lower heel drop or increased cushioning instead. I find them repulsive to look at for soom reason, they just look creepy to me.
I wear them all the time at the moment. Vibram 5 Fingers. They take a bit of getting used to, very light and also quite thin (my heels felt bruised at the beginning and stepping on a tree root can still be painful), but I like the minimalistic aspect of them. Not for everybody though!
I always prefer mine to any other socks as i used to get soreness between toes! I think Rignold posted about them before i bought mine! Would 100% recommend! I use the injinji ones x
