Hi all. Well got my head down the last few weeks and put some effort into extending from 10k to 15k. Completed 15k this morning π. On to the half mara mark now...whoop whoop

Got my long easy alternative week run tomorrow, with or without hills
I am going to just take the run on the day, but prepare and set up for your distance.
Basically got a 2.6k route with or without the hills.So it is 6 or 7 circuits.At best 2.5 hours.
Minimum a 10K.
