Good morning (just) fellow running peeps! I have been out and managed to achieve 5k in 35 mimutes..whoop whoop! I was a red faced mess when I got back and had to sit on my porch step with snot pouring out of my nose..very attractive I'm sure lol! Happy rest of the day to all whatever you are up to!

Go to the Healthunlocked C25K homepage, when you post a reply like you just have, there is a option at the bottom to "Add Photo" tap that, then go to 'files' you will see a list of the photos you have taken, tap the photo you wish to send with your post, sometimes it works, other times it doesn't.

Thanks for the tech AlMorr.... I still dont think it is anything anyone would like to see lol! I do have lovely pictures of hedgehogs in my garden..hardly relevant though! Have a happy day!

Me too!! And one glass of strawberry and lime cider .....and elderflower champagne ....it’s the histamines apparently.

Fabulous achievement. Very well done. I do the complete beetroot face thing by the end of my runs. My goal is to be less beetroot, I’ll settle for a light nectarine blush!!
