With two more runs until Couch25k Graduation I thought I'd pop over here to ask a couple of "what next" questions. I understand from the other forum that there is a plan for extending to 10k so the first question is - where do I find the plan?
I've also read that it's a good idea to consolidate with a few extra weeks at 5k before moving on. My baseline fitness was good before I started the programme, I'd just never run before, so I'm actually already at 5k in 30 mins. I am really enjoying running and really want to avoid injury so if I need to consolidate that won't be a problem but I do like a new challenge!
